Our goal was to infuse colour and playfulness into a renovated cottage, creating an eclectic space that the whole family can enjoy during holidays.
We combined various textures and patterns to suit the cottage's quirky feel while ensuring practicality and cohesion. Each room received a carefully curated paint palette, along with vibrant geometric and floral wallpaper. By mixing vintage and modern furnishings, we crafted a customised environment that remains timeless. The result is a lively, colourful space filled with unexpected twists and high-quality furnishings, proving to be a "don’t hold back" project that we thoroughly enjoyed bringing to life.

The Brief
To bring colour and playfulness into a renovated cottage, with no limitations on pattern and creativity to essentially create an eclectic space the whole family can enjoy during holidays.
The Process
We pulled together a combination of textures and patterns that suited the quirky feel of the space - thinking about practicality, as well as cohesion of different styles. A paint palette was curated for each room, alongside colourful geometric and floral wallpaper. Vintage and modern furnishings allowed for a more customised environment that didn’t date, with each room individualised to the owner’s taste.
The Outcome
By implementing a mixture of colour and texture to the rooms, we had complete trust from the client to transform a tired old cottage to an environment full of colour, unexpected twists, and high quality furnishings within a functional space. This really proved to be a ‘don’t hold back’, kind of project, and we loved every minute.
