At The Workroom, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please see our shipping options and delivery timeframes below.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the item.
- For larger or oversized items, we will contact you directly to confirm the shipping cost before dispatch.
New Zealand
- Expected Delivery: 1-3 working days.
- For rural and South Island addresses, please allow an extra day.
Australia
- International Courier: 4-6 working days.
- Express Courier: 1-3 working days.
- For rural addresses, please allow an extra day.
International
- Expected Delivery: 6-18 working days, depending on location.
Order Processing
- Orders placed on weekdays before 10am NZT will be processed immediately and aim to dispatch the same day* for overnight delivery (New Zealand only).
- Orders placed after 10am may not be dispatched in time for overnight delivery. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am NZT or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
- If there are delays in product availability, we will notify you the same day.
Delivery Details
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
- Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey.
- All parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave," meaning the courier will leave your package in a safe location if no one is home.
Important Information for International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which could cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Any additional customs duties, taxes, or quarantine charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Goods are insured up to $1000; however, fragile items such as glassware, mirrors, or ceramics are not covered by insurance.
Tracking and Returns
- Please track your parcel regularly to stay updated on delivery attempts or courier contact.
- If your parcel is returned to New Zealand due to unsuccessful delivery attempts and no follow-up with the courier, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds cannot be issued for returned parcels.
- If you have not received your order within two weeks of placing it, please contact us immediately. We will follow up with the courier to resolve any issues.
