At The Workroom, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with exchanges or store credits for full-priced items.
To facilitate an exchange, please reach out via email as soon as possible. We recommend doing this promptly, as exchanges depend on product availability. Once approved, you must return the items within 21 days from the dispatch date.
For full-priced items, exchanges or store credits can be processed if the products arrive back in their original condition, complete with original packaging and order details. For bedding and homewares , items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered. Please be aware that personal use products like body creams or body brushes cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. More information on non-returnable items can be found in the specified section.
Please note that sale items can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty, which includes items bought during special promotions like 'Flash Sales.'
To qualify for a return, ensure your items are in the same condition you received them—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase, preferably through an email receipt or by including a note with your Order# and any relevant details.
If you wish to initiate a return, contact us at sales@theworkroom.boutique Once your return is approved, please package the items securely to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a tracking service, as The Workroom cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
After processing your return, you will receive a notification via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to handle returns once they arrive. Each return will be inspected, and if any items are deemed unsuitable, they may be sent back to you at your expense.
Please remember, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The Workroom reserves the right to determine all return requests.

Damages & Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns for faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were defective upon delivery. Our team at The Workroom carefully checks each purchase for faults before dispatching. Any items returned as faulty will undergo an inspection upon receipt, and if they show signs of customer damage or use, they will not be accepted as faulty. If a faulty item needs to be replaced, we will do so as long as a replacement is in stock. Be sure to specify that you wish for a replacement when you reach out to sales@theworkroom.boutique regarding the issue. Please return faulty items to us within approximately 14 days of receiving them. If a replacement isn’t available, you may choose between a credit note or a refund for the item’s purchase price, including any shipping costs incurred.
Please note that returns and exchanges outside of a reasonable timeframe (roughly 14 days following receipt) may not be accepted. For returns, unless the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and cover the shipping costs to send the items back to us.
To ensure we can process your return, the items must be sent back in the same condition they were in upon delivery. If you fail to return the items or do not cover the return shipping costs, we will deduct the direct expenses incurred to recover the goods from your total refund. We cannot accept non-faulty returns for items that show signs of use or wear and tear.
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
For your protection, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as The Workroom cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food), custom products (including special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (like beauty and skincare products, personal brushes, and used bedding ).
If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.'

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method automatically. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially process and post the refund.
