Returns & Exchanges
At The Workroom, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with exchanges or store credits on full-priced items.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us as soon as possible at retail@theworkroom.boutique.
Exchange availability depends on stock, so contacting us early is best.
Once your request is approved, please return your items within 21 days of dispatch.
Items must arrive in their original condition, including packaging and order details.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original packaging with all tags attached

Returned with proof of purchase (email receipt or a note with your Order#)
Bedding and homewares must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
For hygiene reasons, personal care items—such as body creams, skincare, personal brushes, and used bedding—cannot be returned.

Sale Items
Sale items, including those purchased during promotions (e.g., Flash Sales), can only be returned if they are faulty.
Shipping Your Return
Once approved, please package your items securely.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as The Workroom cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Processing Your Return
You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed.
Please allow up to 7 working days once your parcel arrives with us.
All returned items are inspected. If an item is not in returnable condition, it may be sent back to you at your cost.
The Workroom reserves the right to assess and determine all return requests.
