Tudor House

This project transformed a Tudor-style house into an eclectic retreat, beautifully blending the charm of its original architecture with a fresh, liveable atmosphere. We preserved the key characteristics of the Tudor era while updating the interiors with modern touches. The renovation included stunning new kitchens and bathrooms, which enhance functionality while maintaining the home's character. Fresh flooring throughout added warmth and cohesion, while a new coat of paint revitalised the spaces. The result is a harmonious balance of old and new, creating a unique sanctuary that celebrates the heritage of the home while offering a comfortable, contemporary lifestyle.

    As both the owner and interior designer, my goal was to transform my Tudor-style home into an eclectic retreat that preserved its unique character while enhancing its likability. I aimed to create a space that felt fresh and inviting, blending modern functionality with the charm of the Tudor era.

    The renovation began with a comprehensive assessment of the existing layout and features. I collaborated closely with contractors to redesign the kitchens and bathrooms, selecting fixtures and finishes that complemented the Tudor aesthetic. The process also included updating the flooring throughout the home and applying a fresh coat of paint to rejuvenate the entire space, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered.
