• Please check your order details thoroughly. By paying online and/or in store, you confirm that the final decisions on the product/s have been made by you. We will not be held responsible for returns due to changes of mind upon purchase, delivery or installation.

• In compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act, we do offer exchange and store credit on items purchased, within 14 days of last sale. All items returned must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached. Shipping will be covered by the customer for all returned items.

• Delivery costs are specified within the online order form process, and exclude retail price of products.
