RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

RETURNS

The Workroom must be notified in advance of the return, including your name, receipt and reason for return. We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for full priced purchases under the following conditions:

The goods must be in unused condition and in original packaging. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.  If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims.

For all returns/exchanges please deliver to the following address:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
