These plants naturally drop their flowers at the end of their flowering season.

Keep your plant misted or lightly hydrated and it will re-flower again next season.
You can also purchase orchid fertiliser from Mitre 10 or your local plant store.

Phalaenopsis also enjoy a fertiliser. Add a little bit of orchid fertiliser every 2 weeks or according to the instructions on the packet. You should be able to purchase orchid food from your nearest plant store.
