Crafted by hand in India, using reclaimed and refurbished iron to produce a truly ‘industrial’ piece, our metal/iron products may have minor irregularities. These surface irregularities do not impact the structural integrity of our products, and are not considered defects, but are the natural result of working with reclaimed and refurbished materials which adds to the uniqueness and character of each piece.

Shipping Costs: Based on item size/weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We’ll contact you for larger items to confirm shipping costs.
New Zealand: 1-3 working days (extra day for rural/South Island).
Australia: 4-6 working days (Courier) or 1-3 working days (Express).
International: 6-18 working days, depending on location.
Orders placed before 10am NZT are processed same-day (Mon-Fri). Tracking details provided upon dispatch. All parcels have "Authority to Leave."
For international orders, customs may cause delays, and additional duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If your parcel is returned due to missed delivery attempts, reshipping costs apply.
